Otternative Apparel Shipping Policy

Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Standard shipping within the U.S.: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • Expedited shipping (if available): 2–3 business days
    Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once your package is transferred to the carrier, Otternative Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking
After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact us at Otternativeapparel@gmail.com before purchasing.

Wrong Address or Undeliverable Orders
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Otternative Apparel is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We’re happy to assist with information needed for the claim.

Local Pickup (if applicable)
If you’re located near Provo, Utah, you may contact us to request local pickup. Pickup availability will depend on inventory and scheduling.
